Continuous Improvement Manager

A global manufacturing leader is looking for a skilled and motivated Continuous Improvement Manager to join its highly successful team. This person will support the education, training and implementation of Continuous Improvement/Lean Six Sigma activities throughout the North American facilities. The Continuous Improvement Manager will also: Train and mentor plant personnel in lean principles, Lead and support all Global and North American Continuous Improvement Projects Lead Kaizen events, Support the development of Leans Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement culture in the organization, Facilitate identification of improvement opportunities Support consistency throughout the organization Measure productivity and financial improvements and ROI The qualified Continuous Improvement Manager will have a Technical Bachelor’s Degree along with at least 5 years of continuous improvement experience in a manufacturing environment. This position also requires Current Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification.
